Product Description
Crusher Machine
Function: crushing the bottles to PET flakes,with water inlet do wet crushing Chamber opened by screw motor. Specially designed PET bottle Crusher Machine can easily get high output and with water doing wet griding can extension the blades use life, reduce the dust generation. Bearing house is outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside for longer use.

Floating Washing Tank
used to washing the material, with top rollers automatic take out the film or bags flakes, dirty waste sinking down and drain out at bottom,it also have electrical heating water tank and side screw loader lift
Horizontal Dewatering Machine With high raotary speed reach up to 1500rpm with better effect for removing the water
With the famous SKF roller bearing fixed outside for long lifespan
Inside with mesh layer made by SUS304, which is also cleaned by the water spray system
