Brief introduction of SHXJ1500 wire saw machine:
1. The machine boasts a robust structure, encompassing a top beam

among other components. The left side features a driven large flywheel and the hydraulic station tensioning unit, which controls the diamond wire's tension or looseness to maintain optimal pressure. The right side includes a driving flywheel and the main motor, which can regulate the wire speed from 0-40m/s through an inverter, enabling the machine to cut various types of stone material.
2. This machine's operations are managed by a sophisticated four-axis linkage CNC system. Both the machine's lifting and the trolley's movement are controlled via a servo system. The guide wheel's rotation is managed through a step system.
3. Operators can easily program and enter cutting parameters through the CNC control panel. For intricate designs, graphics can be drawn using AutoCAD, saved in DXF format, and then read by the CNC system, which automatically generates the program when a USB drive with the DXF files is inserted.
4. The trolley is maneuvered by a screw rod, which is lubricated with oil within the protective cover of the screw rod
