Processed with polishing techniques, hardhess: HRC58-62.Alloy thickness:≥2; brittleness:≤Grade 1; surface roughness: Ra: 0.4um.The screw material is selected as 38CrMoAlA, and the raw material is refined through processes such as quenching,alloying,nitriding,and polishing. Hardness HV900-950, brittleness:≤ Grade l; surface roughness: Ra: 0.4um.
