Product Description
PVDF film, the scientific name polyvinylidene difluoride, PVF film and PVDF film characteristics are:
· Both are fluorinated or fluorocarbon copolymers, which have greater chemical binding force and structural stability than any other polymer. Therefore, it will not react with polluting elements in the atmosphere, thus protecting the surface of the metal plate from corrosion, fading or embrittlement;
· It will not be intensified by ultraviolet light and produce structural changes, and the sun will not accelerate "aging".
· Its operating environment allows temperature variation values from (-70°C) to 180°C
POE photovoltaic (pv) membrane
POE is a kind of ethylene - octene copolymer, which is a non-polar material.
Disadvantages: Heavily monopolized RAW materials (EXPENSIVE raw materials, preferred to buy or not to buy), non-polar and difficult to react with crosslinkers. High technical requirements. Advantages: Low water permeability, good PID resistance, high resistance.
EVA photovoltaic (pv) membrane
EVA is vinyl acetate, a polar material.
Disadvantages: Water vapor is permeable and can easily be hydrolyzed to produce acetic acid.
Advantages: cheap price, mature technology.
