The FCSV Ceramic Slide Valve is specifically designed for environments with severe erosion and high impurity content. Featuring a unique design where the flow passage holes of the valve and the pipeline are intentionally separated, this valve reduces erosion on the sealing surfaces by the medium. The sealing is achieved through a planar seal with a slider that corresponds to the shape of the valve flow passage hole, effectively sealing along the edge of the flow passage hole. This versatile design allows the valve to function as both a shut-off and control valve.
Key Features Linear Motion Sealing: The valve core moves linearly on the valve seat, creating a planar seal at the edge of the valve seat flow passage hole, allowing for efficient throttling, opening, and closing. Reduced Erosion: The design minimizes flow resistance and erosion with no sharp turns or stagnation points, ensuring longevity. Robust Construction: The valve core is embedded in a metal mounting plate with ceramic to prevent breakage from clogging, enhancing durability.
