Quartz Fiber Yarn Product Description UNION Fiberglass Quartz Fiber Yarns are assemblies of 7.5 microns continuous fused quartz filaments assembled together and twisted.
It has high purity (SiO2 content ≥99.9%)
They are essentially used for their combined low dielectric properties, high mechanical strength and high thermal resistance.
Our yarns presentation can be single, plied or cabled. Our yarns can be used in many of the standard textile processes:
Beaming/Weaving/Braiding/ Texturizing/Stretch breaking/Multiple winding.
