8. How is the packaging handled?
To ensure optimal protection during transit, we highly recommend utilizing wooden box packaging to safeguard against potential damage.
9. What should be included in the acceptance check? Conduct a meticulous inspection upon product receipt: Verify packaging integrity, check for potential leakage and damage, confirm that quantity and accessories align with your specifications, and verify all machine details. Should any issues be identified, promptly document them with photographs and contact us immediately.
10. What is the warranty period?
We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty. If components fail without intentional damage, replacements will be provided at no cost. Additionally, we offer lifelong maintenance services. Post-warranty, customers are responsible for the cost of parts and shipping.
We provide on-site debugging and training for our clients, which is subject to additional fees. Clients are expected to cover airfare between China and the destination and offer complimentary lodging and meals for our technicians.
The 12-month warranty period begins on the delivery date. For any malfunctions, our engineers will be dispatched to your site within 24 hours of notification. Maintenance support extends beyond the warranty, and each CNC machine comes with comprehensive English manuals for operation and maintenance.
