Product Overview:
HBS-3000 digital touch screen electronic Brinell hardness tester is a mechatronics product with precise mechanical structure and microcomputer controlled closed loop system. The instrument cancels the weight and adopts electric loading and unloading test force. The pressure sensor with 0.5‰ accuracy is used for feedback. The CPU controls and can automatically compensate for the test force lost during the test. The indentation can be directly measured on the instrument through the micrometer eyepiece. The test force, indentation length, dwell time, number of measurements, conversion scale, date and time can be more intuitively displayed on the large screen. When operating, just measure the indentation and press the eyepiece button to automatically calculate the hardness value and display it on the screen. The data results can be saved and viewed in a table or output through the built-in printer.
Application range:
It is mainly used for the hardness determination of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys. In addition, it can also be used for the hardness determination of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite. Suitable for factories, workshops, laboratories, colleges and universities and scientific research institutions.

2. What about the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days;
If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment is received;
If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.
