L series is the most stable two-step fully-automatic pet stretch-blow molding machines(reheat). It has 2 to 8 cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 2L. It can blow bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.

Machine Features

C.3. Strong penetrability and good and swift distribution of the heat by letting the bottles rotate by itself and revolute in the rails simultaneously in the infrared preheater.

G.Other Terms and Conditions
i) Delivery: Within 60 days from the date of receipt of 30% downpayment
ii) Origin: P.R. China.
iii) Payment: 30% by T/T in advance 70% before delivery by T/T.
v) Insurance: To be covered by buyer.
vi)Validity: 4 weeks from the date of issue of this offer.
vii) Packing: Export standard seaworthy Packing.
viii) Installation: Our engineer will travel to buyer's country within 10-20 days after receipt of confirmation in the written form from client informing that the goods arrived in site and civil works is ready for installation. The client has to buy round tickets and arrange all local facilities including food, lodging, and transportation during their staying period in buyer's country. The buyer would pay USD 100/day for each engineer during journey.
ix) Warranty: One year from the date of Installation or acceptance of the Plant whichever comes first. We guarantee the ordered machines and mould for 12 months if normally run and maintained.During 12 months warranty,if mold and machine are normally run and maintained,but goes wrong,we will solve all the problems at our own expense. Usually,we will send pictures,videos or emails to solve the problems in the beginning.If all fail,we will fly to your factory to solve the problem at our own expense,including flight,spare parts and so on if mould or machine go wrong on the condtion of normal running and maintenance within 12 month after delivery date.
Note: If the client needs us to provide the training program depending on the experience of the local people and the client requirement as the local people has no experience in this kind of plant, the client has to send their people (about 2 technical engineers/workers) to China to receive the training in their factories. The training time will be 12-15 days.The travel and hotel cost of buyer's engineer should be paid by the buyer.No need for the buyer to pay his engineer's food and training cost in our company.
