The device can drill precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously. It boasts 7 CNC axes and uses CAD/CAM to directly generate processing programs. With a maximum H-beam section size (belly height × wing width) of 1000×500mm and a maximum drilling diameter of 33.5mm, this machine is designed for precision and efficiency. The control system comprises a computer numerical control system, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Just input the workpiece size, and it will automatically generate, store, recall, display, and process machining programs by part number at any time.
