Product Description
A. machine frame: use Q235A steel, whole machine body mechanical grinding derusted, painted and welded.
B. hydraulic cylinder: use ZG270-500 steel for the cylinder, high-density alloy cold cast iron for the piston, and useYX type sealing ring for the piston.
C. movable decking and top rail: use Q235 steel, welding segregate type structure. There is connecting trough for each part, Every part could be connected when installing.
D. Hot plate: high strength steel, double side treaded, 100mm thickness, surface roughness ≤1.6. There is 16 sets of temperature measuring systems for each hot plate, equipped with temperature alarm function. Adopt double bolt connection for movable deck and hot plate. Equiped with a manual adjust system for every heating area, so that to control the hot plate temperature.
E. Hydraulic station: Consist of motors, hydraulic pump, hydraulic software, pressure gage. Easy structure and easy maintenance. Hydraulic software by numerical-control lathe, with stable presure, no jam. Hydraulic press system equiped with auto-fill presure function, and presure auto-limit system for safety.
F.Control system: Use "mitsubishi" PLC system, realize both manual and auto control. When auto control, there is auto-switch mode, automatic exhaust, vulcanization timming, automatic fulfill pressure, vulcanization alarm andfault automatic diagnosis. Auxiliary equipment adopts site and remote control, Convenient operation.
G-Heat insulation materials: when the capacity of heat conduction is in 0.18Kcal/m, it can withstand pressure≥ 400 kg/cm2, and 220 degrees Celsius temperature. The thickness for 30mm Solved using rubber asbestos plate local compressive deformation problems
