Working Principle
The pre-filter captures large particles, such as hair and debris, in the dirty air drawn through the fan. Small particles pass through the pre-filter mesh and continue moving forward with the airflow. After passing through the ionization section, particles as small as 0.01 micrometers are ionized and acquire a positive charge.
Simultaneously, high-intensity electric pulses generate shockwaves that cause irreversible damage to bacteria attached to the particles or induce denaturation and separation of proteins within the bacteria. This results in a sterilization effect.
After passing through the dust collection section, the particles are captured and adsorbed by the negatively charged plates. Subsequently, the activated carbon filter or chemical filter adsorbs odors or other harmful gases. Finally, the purified air exits the system.
Application
This product is ideal for purifying dust-producing processes located at a single point with uneven distribution. It has high filtration efficiency and meets indoor emission standards.
