This machine is mainly used for drilling and tapping metal work pieces which are used in buildings, bridges, towers and other steel structure industry, and also can process baffle plate and circular flange in boiler and petrochemical industry. It can drill through-hole, blind-hole, ladder hole, hole-end chamfering and milling, tapping, etc.

Machine Features
This machine has bed table, moving columns and beam frame, moving saddle and ram, drilling power head, automatic lubrication unit, covers, coolant system, CNC system, electrical system, etc. Precision guide ways and ballscrews are used to achieve good positioning and repeat accuracy.
1. Bed Table: made of robust one-piece iron casting, 2nd time heat treatment and precision machined. Two Columns are moving along X axis on the bed, driven by AC servo motors/ball screws on two sides. Machine foot has screw hole for machine leveling easily.
2. Moving Portal Frame: has linear guideways and ballscrew on the front face of the beam, with servo motor to drive the saddle travelling in Y axis.
3. Ram slide: is made of iron casting, with two sliding guide rails, ballscrew, driven by servo motor and speed reducer, to make the drilling head moving in Z axis, with motions of rapid feed, work feed, rapid return, and stop, with function of automatic chip cut-off, chip withdraw, pause.
4. The drilling head: is equipped with servo spindle motor, with tooth-belt driving to spindle. The spindle has three row bearing in front and two row bearing at back end. Spindle is equipped with pneumatic cylinder for tool clamping/unclamping. BT40 spindle with high speed rotary union is used, which can use high speed U drill with coolant through the tool.
5. Automatic lubrication unit and covers: the guide ways, ballscrews, and transmission systems are with automatic lubrication. The X/Y axes are with covers, and table is surrounded with splash guard.
6. CNC function:
6.1 Chip cut-off function, with which the chip cut-off time and cycle can be set in the man-machine interface.
6.2 Tool retracting function, with which the tool retracting height can be set in the man-machine interface, so that when the drill reaches such height, the drill head will retract to the position above the work piece, and make chip removed by drill rotating, and then rapid feed to the drilling position and then continue with work feed.
6.4 Drill position simulation function to check program before cutting.

A: It depends on the machine and model you choose. Mostly 1.5 months - 3 months. All machines are brand new, made according to your order. Occasionally there will be a few machines available from stock. You can send us a message or mail to check exact delivery time.

3. Is machine tested ?
A: The accuracy, noisy will be tested according to China GB standard.

4. What is your trade terms?
A : FOB, CFR and CIF all acceptable.

5. What's the Payment Terms ?
A : T/T 30% down payment when order ,70% balance payment before shipment ;
Irrevocable L/C at sight also acceptable but it will subject additional bank fee.

6. Do you accept cash or L/C?
A: We accept T/T or L/C, all through banking system. We do not accept cash, 'cause we are an official registered company that all payment must go through official bank account.
