| Item Character | The fabric has a tight weave with a high thread count of 510T. The high-density nylon fabric enhances abrasion resistance ,tear resistance and water resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile,making it more suitable for durable outdoor and yet lightweight protective gear. The hight-density nylon fabric offers wind resistance,prevents down leakage,and is lighter than polyester,reducing the overall weight of garments.It is ideal for mid-to-high-end down jackets and outdoor apparel. |

| Our main products are nylon and polyester functional jackets fabrics. The raw materials of the polyester fabrics are the extractives from the petroleum. The production started from this plastic particles then to yarn,weave,dyeing,memebrane and other finish. Please check the pictures,then you can see clearly the PRODUCTION processes. If we need to print we will dye the fabrics off white or natural white,if customers need plain dyed with other finish,we will do these treatments after the dyeing and inspection. Fabrics production are not same with other products we produce it according customers' requirements,different demands get different processes. Sometimes just dyeing finished can package,but sometimes after dyeing we still have 5 or 6 even more process to go on. But all we do is for you. |
